We have worked successfully delivering Employment and Life Skills programs for Camosun College and Vancouver Island University.
We have provided Customized Employment Services to Beacon Community Services, GT Hiring and Worklink Employment Society.
We have provided Professional Vocational support for clients working with WCG-Where Careers Grow.
We are honored to provide training services for the members of Stz’uminus, Tsu-baas-aht, Malahat First Nations and the H’ulh-etun Health Society.
Our Achievements

Proficient in developing curriculum, managing complex projects and running Employment and Life Skills programs to a wide demographic.

Facilitate and lead a working committee to determine healthcare needs of Coast Salish communities and develop a health services template.

Facilitate Transitions to the Workplace for Continuing Education trades programs at Vancouver Island University and Camosun College with excellent documented results.

Facilitate 3 Day Essential Skills Program for Camosun College – includes Team Building Activity.

Facilitate, Introduction to Microsoft Training, Business Writing, Conflict Resolution and Transitions to the Workplace for First Nations communities and organizations.

Facilitate entry level Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint training to staff of Vancouver Island University and First Nations communities/organizations.

Provide professional resume and cover letter development to Job Seeking clients.

Perform Job Development Services including Discovery Assessments, Customized Employment Development, Job Coaching and Job Retention for GT Hiring, Worklink Employment Society and Beacon Community Services. To date we have directly placed 150 + clients with disabilities into sustainable customized paid employment; many surpassing their 3-year mark at the same job.

Created and delivered a 3-week Job Search Skills program for retired military professionals and Work Safe BC clients with excellent documented results.

Created two dynamic, interactive multi-media online workshops successfully delivered to over 1000 participants. Workplace Communication and Personal Planning and Goal Setting are very user friendly and beneficial to those seeking a career change and who need extra support in communicating on the job.
